Dr. Armstrong has many years of experience working with patients who have suffered from all types of spinal trauma. Therefore, he is frequently called upon to provide surgical evaluation and treatment recommendations as a “second opinion.”
The Telemedicine Online Consultation
In the 21st century, patient care can be tailored to meet diverse patient needs and busy schedules. In keeping with these changing times, Dr. Armstrong offers phone and online consultations.
One must realize that, despite all of the advances made in medicine, the old-fashioned physical exam is still a vital part of a full and complete medical diagnosis. But, due to some circumstances, an over-the-phone consultation or Telemedicine Online Consultation can be very helpful though not as complete as that accompanied by a physical.
Time, busy schedules and distance can make the long distance consultation helpful though again not as complete. Patients need to call and make an appointment for this type of visit.
