One must realize that, despite all of the advances made in medicine, the old-fashioned physical exam is still a vital part of a full and complete medical diagnosis. But, due to some circumstances, an over-the-phone consultation or Telemedicine Online Consultation can be very helpful though not as complete as that accompanied by a physical.

Time, busy schedules and distance can make the long distance consultation helpful though again not as complete. Patients need to call and make an appointment for this type of visit.

Types of Visits

		1) Phone Consultation A 30-minute phone consultation with one of our doctors to discuss medical issues.
		2) Second Opinion For this action, the patient should have copies of records sent in advance, including any films and reports.
		3) Complex Consultation and Case Review All records and films will need to be sent in advance for prior review, then a 30-minute phone consultation to discuss opinions, recommendations and direction of care.
		4) Care Guidance and Referral Service After a review of your case, one of our doctors and our staff will recommend and facilitate you seeing the best spine care specialist for your problem via our network of spine health care providers developed over a 20-year period: chiropractors, pain management specialists, physical therapists, trainers, and physical medicine and rehabilitation specialists.
